The BGMS awards concert is coming up! At this concert, the 6th grade band, 7th grade band, 8th grade band, the percussion ensemble, and the jazz band will perform. We will also recognize the achievements of our students. We look forward to seeing you there!
When: Tuesday, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. **Note time change! Concert begins at 7:30 p.m.!
Where: Main gym, Battle Ground Middle School
Percussionists should report to the band room at 6:45; other band students should report to the band room by 7:00.
Uniforms
All BGMS band students should wear the BGMS band uniform, which consists of the following:
- BGMS band polo shirt
- Black Dockers-style pants
- Black dress shoes (no athletic-style shoes, please)
- Black socks
Ladies may wear black skirts (below the knee), appropriate dress shoes, and hose.
Refreshments
The seventh grade families are asked to provide two dozen cookies as refreshments for the end of the concert. Tables will be set up outside the cafeteria where cookies can be dropped off before the concert.
